Forrozinho Festival Registration
When you register for our Forrozinho Hannover Festival, we
collect specific data to process your registration and
organize the event. The legal basis for this processing is the
fulfillment of our contract with you (your festival ticket).

What we collect: Your name, email,
city/country, chosen dance role, self-assessed dance level,
and membership status.

Why we collect it: To manage your booking,
send you updates, ensure a balanced event for
leaders/followers, help teachers prepare workshops, and
apply the correct ticket price.

Data Sharing: Your name and dance level may
be shared with our festival teachers to tailor workshops.
Otherwise, your data is only accessible to the core
organization team and is not shared with other third parties
without your consent, unless required by law.

Data Retention: We will retain your
registration data for as long as necessary to manage the
event and for any legal or accounting requirements. It will
be deleted or anonymized within 6 months after the festival
concludes.
